ICA’s members throughout the world will be immensely saddened to learn of the death of Jean-Pierre Wallot, the former National Archivist of Canada, on 30 August. 

He acted as host of the 1992 International Congress in Montreal, served as ICA President 1992-96 and was an Honorary Life Member of ICA.
